If you’ve experienced panic attacks while sleeping, this site will provide you with information and resources to help you. Panic attacks during sleep can be annoying, scary and disruptive to your sleep habits.

I know, because I’ve experienced them myself in the past. They jolt you awake in the middle of the night, leaving you feeling like your heart stopped or you forgot to breathe or something. It’s not fun at all!

Of all the different types of panic attacks, sleep panic attacks can be some of the worst to deal with. There is also not enough information out there, so I started this site to collect resources and information I’ve found that might help you cure your sleep panic disorder.
